About
Danielle Joseph-Key, Esq. Managing Partner and Founder.
Over two decades of fierce, compassionate representation across New Jersey.

Credentials
- New Jersey State Bar, 2001
- Rutgers-Camden School of Law, J.D.
- Family Law and Criminal Defense
Danielle Joseph-Key, Esq. has spent over two decades championing the rights of families and individuals across New Jersey. A Rutgers-Camden School of Law graduate and New Jersey State Bar member since 2001, Danielle began her career at Legal Services of New Jersey fighting for underserved communities who could not otherwise afford skilled representation.
That work shaped how she practices today. Danielle has founded two law practices, represented hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds, and brings the same fierce preparation to every case, whether it is a contested custody hearing or a felony charge. Her clients describe her as steady, prepared, and unwilling to back down when the case calls for it.
"Biology does not make a parent. Time, love, and attention does."
The Legal Assistance Center was founded on a simple idea. People in legal crisis deserve clarity, real conversation, and an attorney who actually shows up for their case. Danielle takes a limited number of matters at a time so every client gets that.
